an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 11, 2020 by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on behalf of
former workers of Southwick LLC, Southwick Apparel Division, a
subsidiary of Golden Fleece Manufacturing/Brooks Brothers,
Haverhill, Massachusetts. The petitioning worker group is eligible
to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance under TA-W-96,128.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
