an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 30, 2020 by a company official on behalf of workers of Pal
American Security, working on-site at Pittsburgh Glass Works,
LLC, Evansville, Indiana.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-95,970) which
expires on July 23, 2022. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
