Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on July 21, 2020 by the International Union of
Electronic, Electrical, Salaried, Machine and Furniture Workers
- Communications Workers of America (IUE-CWA), Local 901, on
behalf of workers of BAE Systems Controls Inc., Electronic
Systems Division, a wholly owned subsidiary of BAE Systems,
Inc., Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be
withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
