Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 20, 2020 by a State Workforce Agency on behalf of workers of
Pier 1 Imports, Inc., Warwick, Rhode Island. The subject workers
are engaged in activities related to the supply of retail
management and sales services. The petitioner has requested that
the petition be withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
