Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 20, 2020 by three workers on behalf of workers of NTT
Security, Omaha, Nebraska.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-95,835) which expires
on April 14, 2022. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
