Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 15, 2020 by the state workforce office on behalf of workers
of 22nd Century Technologies and Noble Tek, working on-site at
The Boeing Company, Boeing Commercial Aircraft (BCA), St. Louis,
Missouri.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-95,935R; amended)
which expires on June 29, 2022. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
