Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 2, 2020 by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers of
Beyondsoft International, working on-site at HP Inc., Imaging,
Printing and Solutions Business Group, Boise, Idaho.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification, via amendment, (TA-W-
94,983H) which expires on April 20, 2022. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
