Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on July 2, 2020 on behalf of workers and former
workers of FTE Automotive, USA, Inc., a subsidiary of Valeo
USA, Inc., Auburn Hills, Michigan. The subject worker group is
eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance under TA-W-
94,790 (certification expires on July 26, 2021). The
investigation revealed that the petition worker group is
identical to the worker group covered by TA-W-94,790 and that
subject firm merely relocated from a building on Pinnacle Court
to a building on North Atlantic Boulevard. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
