amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on July 2, 2020 on behalf of workers and former
workers of The Boeing Company, Boeing Commercial Aircraft
(BCA), Seal Beach, California.
The group of workers on whose behalf the petition was filed
is covered under an existing certification (TA-W-95,935C;
expires on June 29, 2022). Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
