Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 10, 2020, by three workers on behalf of workers of Securitas
USA, working on-site at Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Personal Care
division, Conway, Arkansas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,934 - pursuant to
an amendment) which expires on July 28, 2021. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
