Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on June 1, 2020 by the American Job Center on
behalf of workers of SAC Wireless, working on-site at Nokia of
America Corporation, a subsidiary of Nokia, including workers
whose wages were reported through Nokia Solutions & Networks
LLC and Alcatel-Lucent USA, Naperville, Illinois.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,188; amended)
which expires on October 23, 2020. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
