Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on May 14, 2020 by a state workforce office on
behalf of workers of U.S. Bank, National Association,
Enterprise Test Management department, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp, St. Paul, Minnesota.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be
withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
