Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 14, 2020 by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers and
former workers of Parallon, Parallon Coder Group, Richmond,
Virginia. The subject workers are engaged in activity related to
the supply of medical coding services.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-95,668A; amendment)
which expires on March 30, 2022. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
