Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on April 29, 2020 by the State of Arkansas on
behalf of workers and former workers of Utility Trailer
Manufacturing Company, including on-site leased workers from
Express Employment Professionals and Hometown Employment,
Paragould, Arkansas.
The subject worker group is covered by a petition that is
the subject of an on-going investigation for which a
determination has not yet been issued (TA-W-95,893). Further
investigation in this case would duplicate efforts and serve no
purpose; therefore, the investigation under this petition has
been terminated.
