Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on April 14, 2020 by the state workforce office
on behalf of workers of Workforce Logiq, working on-site at
Spirit Aerosystems Inc., Wichita, Kansas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-95,556; amended)
which expires on February 24, 2020. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
