Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 6, 2020 by a state workforce official on behalf of workers
and former workers of Siemens Government Technologies, Inc., D/B/A/
Dresser Rand, including on-site leased workers from Walker
Services, IT Tech Connexion Systems, G4S-Buffalo, Pegasus Cleaning
Corp., and AVI Food Systems, Inc., Wellsville, New York.

The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an amended certification (TA-W-95,342; amended) which
expires on March 11, 2022. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
