Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 9, 2020 by a union official, USW - United Steelworkers,
Local 477 on behalf of workers of Saint-Gobain Ceramics and
Plastics, Inc. dba Corhart Refractories, SEFPRO division,
Buckhannon, West Virginia.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
