Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 6, 2020, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
UnitedHealth Group, Corporate Affairs, Communications,
Translations and Interpretation Services team, a subsidiary of
UnitedHealthcare Services, Inc., Minnetonka, Minnesota.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The petition does not comply with the requirements set
forth in 29 Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) 90.2 and
90.11(c)(2). With respect to 29 C.F.R. 90.2 and 29 C.F.R.
90.11(c)(2), the definition of a "group" of workers, which is
defined as three or more workers in a firm or an appropriate
subdivision thereof, has not been met. The investigation revealed
that the Translations and Interpretation Services team did not
consist of more than 2 workers at any point in the one year period
preceding the petition filing. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
