Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 6, 2020 by three workers on behalf of workers of Ultra Clean
Technology, Hayward, California (subject firm). The investigation
revealed that not all three individuals on the petition are/were
workers at the subject firm.

The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. 29 CFR 90.11 states "Every petition shall be signed by at
least three individuals of the petitioning group or by an official
of a certified or recognized union or other duly authorized
representative." The petition did not meet the requirements set for
within 29 CFR 90.11. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
