Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 6, 2020 by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers of
Powerex, Inc., Youngwood, Pennsylvania. The workers are engaged in
activity related to the production of semiconductors.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-95,493) which expires
on February 19, 2022. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
