Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 4, 2020, by an authorized representative on behalf of
workers of HCL America, Inc., Engineering, R&D Services, and
Digital Process Operations, Appleton, Wisconsin.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-95,717) which
expires on February 11, 2023. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
