Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 26, 2010 on behalf of "teleworking labor staff (C3 and
DPPC groups) supporting IBM's client, AT&T" reporting to IBM
Global Business Services, Oakwood, Ohio.
The petition has been deemed invalid. The investigation
revealed that there is no IBM facility in Oakwood, Ohio.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
