Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 21, 2020, by a state workforce office on behalf of the
workers of Visron Design, Inc., working on-site at Delphi
Technologies Services, LLC, Technical Center Rochester, a
subsidiary of Delphi Powertrain Systems Operations Luxembourg
Sarl, West Henrietta, New York.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-95,014 - pursuant to
an amendment), which expires on September 8, 2021. Consequently,
the investigation has been terminated.
