Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 20, 2020 on behalf of workers of Qualfon Data Services
Group LLC., Idaho Falls, Idaho. While one part of the petition
form identifies Highland Park, Michigan as the location of the
subject firm, another part of the petition identifies the
location of the impacted workers as Idaho Falls, Idaho. The
Department's investigation revealed that the subject location is
Idaho Falls, Idaho.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier
petition (TA-W-95,417) that is the subject of an ongoing
investigation for which a determination has not yet been issued.
Further investigation in this case would duplicate efforts and
serve no purpose; therefore, the investigation under this petition
has been terminated.
