Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 19, 2020 by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers
and former workers of Standard Insurance Company, including workers
whose wages are reported under The Standard Life Insurance Company
of New York, including on-site leased workers from Volt, and Robert
Half, Portland, Oregon.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed are
eligible to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance under an existing
certification (TA-W-94,829) which expires on July 24, 2021.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
