Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on February 13, 2020 by the state workforce
office on behalf of workers and former workers of Phoenix
Technical Solutions, Inc. and Phoenix Laser Solutions, working
on-site at General Electric Company, GE Transportation Parts,
Transportation Division, Erie, Pennsylvania. The worker group
on whose behalf the petition was filed are eligible to apply for
Trade Adjustment Assistance under an existing certification (TA-
W-93,917A; amended) which expires on September 28, 2020.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
