Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 5, 2020 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Rosenberger North America, Plano, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,702) which expires
on November 1, 2021. The intent of this petition filing was to
cover leased workers not originally named within TA-W-94,702.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
