an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 29, 2020 by an authorized representative on behalf of
workers of Joyson Safety, Knoxville, Tennessee.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-95,282) which expires
on November 22, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
