Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on January 29, 2020 by the State of Connecticut
on behalf of workers and former workers of Branson Ultrasonics
Corporation, Danbury, Connecticut. The worker group on whose
behalf the petition was filed are eligible to apply for Trade
Adjustment Assistance under TA-W-95,550A (certification expires
March 2, 2022). Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
