Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 17, 2020 on behalf of workers and former workers of
Walmart, Inc., Global Business Services Division, Charlotte, North
Carolina. The petition alleges that worker separations are due to a
shift of services to a foreign country.
The petitioning group of workers is eligible to apply for
Trade Adjustment Assistance under TA-W-95,112 (Walmart, Inc.,
Global Business Services Division, including on-site leased workers
from Robert Half, Charlotte, North Carolina). Further investigation
in this case would serve no purpose; therefore, the investigation
under this petition has been terminated.
