Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on January 14, 2020 by the state workforce
office on behalf of workers from Aerotek and Award Staffing,
working on-site at Pace Industries Inc., St. Paul (Metalcraft)
Division, a subsidiary of Pace Industries LLC, Arden Hills,
Minnesota.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-95,074; amended)
which expires on October 1, 2021. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
