Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on January 13, 2020 by the state workforce
office on behalf of workers of SMX Staffing a/k/a Staff
Management, working on-site at Newel Brands, Rubbermaid
Commercial Products, Winchester, Virginia. The worker group on
whose behalf the petition was filed is covered under an existing
certification (TA-W-95,041; amended) which expires on September
13, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
