Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 5, 2019, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Honeywell International Inc., Safety & Productivity Solutions
division, including workers whose wages were reported under
Honeywell Safety Products, USA Inc. and Sperian, including on-
site leased workers from PDS Tech, Smithfield, Rhode Island.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-95,448) which expires
on April 9, 2022. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
