WORKING ON-SITE AT
HARLEY-DAVIDSON MOTOR COMPANY OPERATIONS, INC.
KANSAS CITY VEHICLE AND POWERTRAIN OPERATIONS
KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI
Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 24, 2019, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of ProLogistix, working on-site at Harley-Davidson Motor Company
Operations, Inc., Kansas City Vehicle and Powertrain Operations,
Kansas City, Missouri.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The petition does not comply with the requirements set
forth in 29 Code of Federal Regulations 90.11(c)(2) and
90.11(c)(3). The investigation revealed that the worker group and
address of the workers' reporting location are invalid as "Harley-
Davidson did not contract with ProLogistix. If ProLogistix
performed work at the former Kansas City facility, it did not do so
through contracting with Harley-Davidson. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
Signed in Washington, D.C. this 17th day of March 2020.
