Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 23, 2019, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of GDI Integrated Facility Services, working on-site at Harley-
Davidson Motor Company Operations, Inc., Kansas City Vehicle and
Powertrain Operations, Kansas City, Missouri.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification for Harley-Davidson Motor
Company Operations, Inc., Kansas City Vehicle and Powertrain
Operations, Kansas City, Missouri (TA-W-93,882 - pursuant to an
amendment) which expires on September 26, 2021. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
