Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 18, 2019 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Ignite Holdings, LLC, Winchester, Virginia. The petition
requests "the addition of Ignite Holdings, LLC employees working at
Newell Rubbermaid's Winchester, VA facility be included on petition
95,041."
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-95,041; amended;
Newell Brands, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, including workers
whose wages were reported under Ignite Holdings, LLC, Winchester,
Virginia) which expires on September 13, 2021. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
