Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 9, 2019 by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers
and former workers of Ocwen Financial Corporation, including
workers whose wages are reported through Cendant and PHH Mortgage
Corporation, Addison, Texas. The workers are engaged in activity
related to the supply of mortgage loan and support services.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-93,737; amended)
which expires on October 10, 2020. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
