Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on October 3, 2019 by the State of California on
behalf of workers from Palm Springs, California reporting to
Gannett Satellite Information Network, LLC, Gannett Technology
Division, a subsidiary of Gannett Co., Inc., McLean, Virginia.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,669) which
expires on July 25, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
