Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on October 1, 2019 by the state workforce office
on behalf of workers of Workforce Logiq, including workers
whose wages were reported under APC Workforce Solutions LLC,
Dallas, Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-95,056) which
expires on September 19, 2021. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
