Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 30, 2019 by a state workforce office on behalf of
workers of Kyyba Inc., working on-site at Harman International
Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics, Connected
Car Division, Novi, Michigan.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,272) which expires
on November 9, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
