Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 24, 2019, by a one-stop operator/partner on behalf of
workers of SCSI and Manpower working on-site at Caterpillar, Inc.,
Mining Hauling and Underground Division, Montgomery, Illinois.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,281) which expires
on March 28, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
