Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 10, 2019, by a state workforce office on behalf of
workers of qHub Logistics Corporation, working on-site at Hon
Hai/Foxconn Technology Group, Plainfield, Indiana.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,441) which expires
on February 5, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
