Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 3, 2019, by a state workforce office on behalf of
workers of Ryder Integrated Logistics, Inc., Supply Chain Solutions
division, working on-site at General Motors Lordstown Complex, a
wholly-owned subsidiary of General Motors Company, Warren, Ohio.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,427) which expires
on March 22, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
