Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on August
26, 2019 by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers and former
workers of Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of
Ocwen Financial Corporation, including on-site leased workers from
Kelly Vendor Management Services, Securitas, Williams Lea, Inc.,
and CSSvSource, Waterloo, Iowa. The workers are engaged in activity
related to the supply of mortgage loan servicing and originations
services.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an amended certification (TA-W-93,543) which expires on
May 4, 2020. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
