Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 23, 2019 on behalf of workers and former workers of Walmart,
Inc., Global Business Services Division, Charlotte, North Carolina.
The petitioning group of workers is eligible to apply for
Trade Adjustment Assistance under an existing certification issued
under TA-W-95,112. Further investigation in this case would serve
no purpose; therefore, the investigation under this petition has
been terminated.
