Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on August 22, 2019 on behalf of a worker of
Georgia-Pacific Consumer Operations LLC, Crossett Paper
Operations, a subsidiary of Georgia Pacific LLC, a wholly-
owned subsidiary of Koch Industries Inc., Crossett, Arkansas.
The subject worker group is covered by a petition that is
the subject of an on-going investigation for which a
determination has not been issued (TA-W-94,940). Further
investigation in this case would duplicate efforts and serve no
purpose; therefore, the investigation under this petition has
been terminated.
