Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 21, 2019, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Absolute Consulting, working on-site at Entergy Nuclear
Operations, Inc., Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, Plymouth,
Massachusetts.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,592 - pursuant to
an amendment) which expires on June 13, 2021. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
