an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 20, 2019, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Fullerton-Tissue division,
Fullerton, California.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,878) which expires
on July 25, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
