Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 19, 2019, by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Kelly Services, Inc., working on-site at Hanesbrands, Inc.,
Long-Fold Women's Hosiery, Clarksville, Arkansas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-94,657) which expires
on May 16, 2021. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
