Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on August 16, 2019 by the state workforce office
on behalf of workers of TE Connectivity, Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The petition does not comply with the requirements set
forth in 29 CFR 90.11(c)(5) and 90.11(c)(6). Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
